Our tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) products are made in strict quality control process.  To ensure reliability, safety,

and performance, every step of producing are strictly opperated including incoming material inspection, production, and

function tests. And many imported testing  equipment are used in the process, including laser welding machines, spectrum

analyzers, plasma cleaning equipment, and vacuum suction systems.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

• All raw materials and components are inspected for quality compliance.
• Materials failing standards are rejected before entering production.

2. Production Monitoring

• Laser welding machines ensure precise assembly and airtight sealing.
• Plasma cleaning equipment prepares surfaces to prevent contamination.
• Vacuum suction and other handling tools minimize physical damage during assembly.

3. Functional Testing

• Spectrum analyzers and other electrical testing devices measure signal accuracy and sensor functionality.
• TPMS units are tested for real-time pressure detection, frequency response, sensor receiver matching and communication reliability.

4. Environmental Stress Testing

• Products are exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, and vibration to simulate real-world conditions.
• Units must maintain performance and durability standards throughout testing.

5. Final Inspection

• Each product undergoes a visual and functional check.
• QC ensures proper labeling, packaging, and that the product meets all OEM and aftermarket requirements.

6. Approval & Shipment

• Only fully approved products are released for packaging and shipment.
